Cacao Peanut Butter Smoothie

Indulgent thick creamy cacao peanut butter smoothie!
  • 1 ripe banana frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 ripe banana (un-frozen)
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • ½ cup almond milk
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid to adjust smoothie thickness.
If you only have frozen banana, use more liquid when blending. If you only have unfrozen banana, use less liquid and throw in some ice.
You may sub the peanut butter with any nut or seed butter you have or even omit.
Oats can be omitted for a less filling smoothie.
